We use DHL and UPS to ship throughout the World. Packaging is the key to ensure products are always received in top condition.

Payment
All payments to be made upfront prior to work beginning.
For larger projects / custom works we take a 50% deposit upfront followed by the remainder 50% upon build completion.
Payment is accepted from direct bank transfer. Taxes are always included in the listed cost of the item.
Shipping
Most Items are insured up to €2500. Expedited shipping is available at a higher rate.
Refunds
Refunds are done on a case to case basis.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes. Most of the projects are customized in some way by our clients. Customization of any piece is possible at no extra cost, however, overall size increases will be reflected in the final price.
